We work closely with executive box holders to create VIP experiences for deserving children

Setting up a Box4Kids event is incredibly simple as we have a dedicated team who co-ordinate all logistics between the hospitals, venues and box holders.

Step 1

Box holders donate their box to the Barrie Wells Trust for an event of their choice, which allows us to then get in touch with our wide network of hospitals and charities.

Step 2

Once a box has been donated we will then contact hospitals local to the area and ask them to nominate seriously ill children to attend between 8-18 years of age.

Step 3

We handle all logistics to ensure the day runs smoothly, including providing hosts on the day. Our guests can then enjoy a Box4Kids VIP experience!
