We are in the news again! This time a fantastic article was featured in the Financial Times about our founder Barrie Wells. Barrie founded the charity in 2008 after deciding to use his wealth to make a difference. He still funds all the operations of the charity and quotes, “There are so many wealthy individuals in the UK, and they could feel an immense sense of achievement by doing something of real benefit to society. I don’t just mean writing cheques, I mean getting involved with something they truly care about. Let’s face it,” he concludes, “once you’ve gone, it’s too late.”
